Reference to “Title 22 USC Section 2551″ by itself may give an incomplete picture of the scope of ongoing global disarmament plans.
The following excerpt is from the opening passages of the US State Department’s Publication 7277. Please be attentive to the contradictions inherent in this policy paper:
Publication 7277 aims at a world-goal of Free (yet disarmed) Nations, each adhering to common standards of justice (in accordance to the principles of the UN). Keep in mind that US citizens do not elect the Secretary of State (who constitutionally has no domestic authority) or the US Ambassador to the UN (who likewise has no constitutional domestic authority). Yet Title 22 USC Sec. 2551, 2552, 2571, 2573, are all drafted in accordance with Publication 7277.

Publication 7277 states in part:
The over-all goal of the United States is a free, secure, and peaceful world of independent states adhering to common standards of justice and international conduct and subjecting the use of force to the rule of law; a world which has achieved general and complete disarmament under effective international control; and a world in which adjustment to change takes place in accordance with the principles of the United Nations.
In order to make possible the achievement of that goal, the program sets forth the following specific objectives toward which nations should direct their efforts:
The disbanding of all national armed forces and the prohibition of their reestablishment in any form whatsoever other than those required to preserve internal order and for contributions to a United Nations Peace Force;
The elimination from national arsenals of all armaments, including all weapons of mass destruction and the means for their delivery, other than those required for a United Nations Peace Force and for maintaining internal order; …
… As states relinquish their arms, the United Nations must be progressively strengthened in order to improve its capacity to assure international security and the peaceful settlement of disputes;
Disarmament must proceed as rapidly as possible, until it is completed, in stages containing balanced, phased, and safeguarded measures;

Shock Front Elite is a non-partisan private association chartered in compliance with Texas law. The association’s sole purpose is the facilitation of an amicable separation of Texas from the United States. While it is true Shock Front Elite follows the time-proven steps of revolution, (education, organization, action) the association is non-violent as an institution and should never be considered an armed militia or paramilitary organization.
