RICO Used against State Government (Finally!)

March 1st, 2012

IMMEDIATE
PRESS RELEASE
RACKETEERING IN WASHINGTON STATE GOVERNMENT

ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO
AUGUST 27, 2000,

Washington State Government has been named as a Racketeering Influence
Corrupt Organization.

The RICO lawsuit was filed in the Federal District Court of New
Mexico, on June 27, 2000. The lawsuit names the Governor of Washington
State Gary Locke, as well as the Attorney General Christine Gregiore,
along with over one hundred other Defendants. Included in the
Organization are several Pierce County Superior Court Judges, and
Court Commissioners. Along with the Washington State Bar Association,
and several Attorneys.

The Suit was brought by the family of a young girl named Kimberly
Payne who was murdered while being held illegally in the state of
Washington’s Custody, as a Foster Child.

The family suffered yet another loss in 1993, when Payne’s brother
Daniel Payne tried to report to internal affairs of the Pierce County
Sheriff’s department, information regarding political involvement in
the death of his younger sister Kimberly Payne. He was found a few
short weeks later, dead with 18 bullets shot into him.

The kidnapping, on June 14, 1999, of another family member by this
same Corrupt organization gave rise to the family filing this RICO
action.

This is not the first or the only time that this Governmental State
Wide Organization has been named as a RACKETEERING INFLUENCE
CORRUPT ORGANIZATION, Recently a RICO action was filed in the
Washington courts by Kenneth Wayne. The suit, filed in May 2000 also
named Governor Gary Locke and many of the same Defendants including the
Sheriff of Pierce County Washington. The Wayne Rico action also named
the State for Federal Funding Fraud and Child Laundering through its
DSHS division of the Racketeering Organization.

It appears that Federal Funding is a motivating factor behind the
Racketeering activities, as well as the state wide lawyer monopoly.
The Lawyer Monopoly seems to be active in every arena from the Lawyer
hired to represent a litigant, to the Lawyer sitting on the bench
under the black cloak. And reaching through every branch of the
Judiciary, as far high as the Governor of the State, Mr. Gary Locke a
Washington State Bar Association Member.

It is believed that many other families who have suffered judicial
abuse in the state of Washington are planning to enjoin this action
with their own case’s.
