A new suit has been brought by Texas legislators and others that will help everyone in all 50 states. This suit seeks to kill the anti-gun lawsuits, which plague the gun industry at the moment. The suit appears to be designed to give the pro-gunners a better “legal standing” to have this case heard, unlike the SAF suit that was dismissed in Feb. 2000.
