Taurus to Honor NRA Past President Marion Hammer at NRA Annual Meetings

KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 9 /PRNewswire/ — Taurus International Firearms
(www.taurususa.com) will be honoring former NRA President Marion Hammer at a
ceremony at 2 p.m. in the Taurus booth (#1323) on Friday, May 18, 2001, at
the NRA Exhibits in Kansas City, MO. Ms. Hammer was instrumental in the
recent passage and enactment of Florida Senate Bill 412, which prohibits
municipal suits against the firearms industry.

At the signing ceremony for the new law, Florida Governor Jeb Bush greeted
