Shots fired at church

06:50 (AEST) SHOTS have been fired at a church in Sydney’s western suburbs.
Fourteen girls and women were singing in the church when the attack happened, but no-one was injured.
Several bullets “penetrated the building” at the corner of The Trongate and Nobbs Street in Granville, police said today.
Investigators found spent cartridge shells in the vicinity of the church.
The incident happened at about 8.20pm last night and anyone with information should call Granville detectives on (02) 9760 6199, Ermington detectives on (02) 9898 8299 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
