In that aviation security package that President
Bush signed, there was supposed to be a provision
in that Bill to arm the pilots. I’ve watched
several news stations (including our local news),
and none of them have even mentioned arming the
pilots. What gives? Does arming the pilots leave
such a bad taste in their mouths that they’re
afraid their tongues will fall out if they mention
it? Arming the pilots is part of that Bill! I
believe it is their duty to mention it.
