There was a campaign at my company to raise money for The United Way. I?m sure that many of you have been approached by your companies to participate.

It takes a few minutes to do the research, but here it is. I chose to not contribute. Maybe that makes me a Scrooge in the eyes of some people, but it?s about my freedom. I know The United Way means well, but then again. . .

This first link tells you how The United Way has participated in some anti-gun activities. The second link contradicts the first one because their charter states that they will not take a side on the gun issue.
