Four get 12-year terms in restaurant robbery

Four men were sentenced Thursday to 12 years in prison for robbing a Jack in the Box restaurant in Florissant on Oct. 18, 2002.

Each defendant had previously pleaded guilty to multiple counts of robbery and armed criminal action in connection with the case. Judge David Lee Vincent III ordered identical sentences for each one.

The defendants were Jamaine Brackett, 26, of Ferguson; Michael Boyd, 21, of north St. Louis County; Lazerick Robertson, 21, of Florissant; and Jamell Edwards, 20, of north St. Louis County.
