Rarely will I discuss something unless I’m pretty sure of my facts. Basically, unless I’m certain of the subject I’ll keep my mouth shut until I( know what I’m talking about. As you can see, I’d get kicked out of the Democratic National Committee very quickly! Anyway, this is an exception: I’m scketchy on my facts here so if there are corrections let me know folks!

From what I understand the Senate voted on something yesterday: it seems there was a bill before the Senate to protect gun makers from being sued out of existance. Everyone is aware of the fact that gun control scumbags have been attempting to accomplish in the civil courts what they can’t accomplish through legislation. Well, this bill seems to be a good thing and the liberals didn’t have enough votes to defeat it. Looked good until the weirdos attched a “rider” to the bill that would extend the moronic assault weapons ban. Even the NRA began campaigning against this bill at that point and the thing was resoundingly defeated with people from both sides of the fence shooting it down by an overwelming majority.

I believe we dodged a bullet here and in the long run there is a big silver lining, although the Schumer/Feinstein scumbags are caiming victory: The vote, which was lopsided as it could be, showed that any extension of that useless assault weapon ban hasn’t got a chance in ‘blazes’ OF passing!
