Why is Canada going backwards in time? Why have we, as citizens not learned
from the past mistakes of the world? Why are most of us allowing the
Canadian Government to turn us into a police state?
Canadians have no right to self-protection and self-preservation, yet the
Government and the police do not owe a general duty of care to individual
members of the public. So what do we do in time of need? Well I remember
that I was told to do what the criminal wants, to not fight back because
they might hurt me. What kind of advice is that? My self-defence mechanism
is very strong, so yes, I would fight back, but with what? A taser? Pepper
spray? A firearm? No, Your Canadian Government says that is illegal, you
must phone 911……Huh? but the police do not owe me a general duty of
care, and if they do come what time will they be here, 5 minutes, 10
minutes? or as in a recent case in Regina Saskatchewan 30 minutes only to
find a female who was just murdered by her ex. What happened to this womens
protective services? Could she have stopped her own murder by some sort of
protective device? The answer we will never know, but if she only had the
chance to fight for her own life….. if she only had the chance. What about
the married school teachers in Ontario’s Cottage country, the police on the
other end of 911 heard the criminals firearm blast that killed the female.
Could they have stopped their own murders with some sort of protective
device?, If they had the chance would they be here today to continue to love
and teach our children? We will never know but…… if they only had the
chance. The 5 Carpenter children in Rural California who were trained in
firearms, but due to the safe storage law the family had to keep a trigger
lock on the firearm, the parents at work, the 14 year old Jessica confronts
a half naked stranger with a pitchfork in her kitchen, she runs to her
parents bedroom for the self -protection device but cannot get the trigger
lock off, her 9 year little sister Ashley screaming for her siblings to get
out, dies at the mans legs with 138 pitchfork stab wounds to her little
face, chest and neck. Jessica runs to the neighbor to ask for his
self-defence device, but he is scared the law will take his device away if
he gives it to the 14 year old, The result of Californias anti
self-protection law, (gun control) a law, that is not unlike Canada’s C-68?
little Ashey dead at 9 years old, her little brother John Williams 7 dead
from 46 stab wounds. Once people are disarmed they become surprisingly easy
to control and kill.
I want that chance if I am ever in any kind of situation like that, and I
think that I would be better off fighting the courts than buried 6 feet
under considering the criminal justice system in Canada and how the
criminals get a slap on the wrist then spend time in Club Fed where they
have horses, golf courses and numerious other luxuries that a law-abiding
Canadian doesnt have. Am I getting through to anyone? Is it making any sense
to coddle the criminals while making criminals out of the hard working
backbone of this Country.
Most Gun Control advocates have a hidden agenda, besides having an
unreasonable phobia about self-protection devices, they make money off
victims pain. The more victims they can get on their side the more they can
demand through treatment programs, they will make more money off victims
donations, therefore it is in their best interest to keep people feeling
victimized, If you believe you are a victim then you cannot see any
alternative to staying a victim forever, your children will learn
victimization from you and they will be victims. Since Canada’s firearms law
came into effect spousal abuse has risen 6 %. If it saves one life is what
the advocates say, how many lives has it taken?
Being a strong Canadian Woman, I personally don’t believe in victimization,
you willl only become a victim if you let yourself become a victim.
The advocates also say Firearms costs some astronomical amount in health
care. Firearms do not cost us anything, the medical costs are the price of
criminal violence. Would outlawing firearms decrease criminal activity? No,
it increases criminal activity and related medical costs. Criminals don’t
follow the law – that’s what makes them criminals. They’d keep their guns,
and only their victims would be disarmed, the result? Drastic rises in
Robbery, Rape and Murder– and their attendant medical costs. Just look at
the statistics in the countries where Firearms control laws have existed for
years, Britian and Australia have had a jump in Criminal activity, dis-armed
law-abiding citizens are sitting ducks for the criminals, while in the US 39
states have issued carry permits to law abiding citizens have had a drastic
drop in Rape, Robbery and Murders.
My advice to the Canadian public, have a family day, take your children to
the local firearms range and you will learn that firearms are not some evil
device like the Government and advocates say, you will also learn that
firearms owners are not “old redneck farmers”. We are your friends,
neighbors, bankers, lawyers, doctors, we are law-abiding tax-paying citizens
of this country. We laugh, love, and cry just like the rest of the country.
