SPORTSMEN AGAINST HUNGER WEEK . . . Safari Club International Foundation has designated November 14-20 the second annual Sportsmen Against Hunger Week, delivering the plea that hunters offer some of their game to programs that will process the meat and put it into the channels that will ultimately deliver it to the needy. Participants will be eligible for a drawing for one of 50 Sako 75 rifles. SCI Foundation’s program, Sportsmen Against Hunger, is active in all 50 states, several Canadian provinces and other countries. Launched in 1989, SCI’s program provides more than 230 million meals’ worth of hunter-taken game meat each year.
