A trade association of gun manufacturers is collecting millions of
dollars from its member “to fight lawsuits against gun makers and
intends to support candidates and lobby at all levels of government as
part of an effort to fight greater gun restrictions,” the NY Times
reports. This comes after the White House announced new gun initiatives
earlier this week, ABC News reports.
