FAULTY GUN REGISTRY CAN ENDANGER LIVES

SHEILA FRASER reported the information contained in the firearms
registry is inaccurate and incomplete. An inaccurate database is worse
than useless. It can endanger the lives of those who rely on the data.
Spending one dollar or $1 billion on such a database is as good as
burning the money. What benefits have been delivered by the expenditure
of $1 billion? None. Of what use is a registry of bogus data? None. How
many crimes have been solved or prevented by harassing responsible gun
owners? None. The demise of the registry is long overdue.
