Paroled killer fails to show up

Crime Stoppers needs your help in tracking down a paroled killer, Shane
Houston Monroe. Monroe was convicted of first-degree murder on Nov. 28,
1977 and released on full parole last January. His parole was revoked
when he failed to report to his parole officer.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,000 for the arrest of Monroe, or anyone
else listed on this page.

Robert Brian Chartrand, 32, is charged with attempted murder,
discharging a firearm and possession of a firearm. Chartrand was charged
after a man fired six shots from a car on Sept. 23. Two people were
struck by the bullets. A warrant was issued six days later.

Marc Stephen Girouard, 21, is wanted for breach of recognizance.
Girouard was released Aug. 1 on assault, drug and breach of
recognizance. Police claim he breached conditions of his release.

Iwona Rutkowska, 46, is wanted for suspension of her statutory release.
Rutkowska was released after serving two-thirds of a two-year robbery
sentence. Her parole was revoked June 25.

Gerald Wayne Bradburn, 31, is charged with robbery after a man tried to
steal expensive packages of meat from a River Heights grocery store. The
man is alleged to have tried to stab a security guard before he fled.

Jason David Kirton, 32, is charged with three counts of robbery and one
count of possession of a firearm. Kirton was charged when three people
were robbed in a downtown apartment complex. The warrant was issued Oct.
18.

Ernest Dwayne Sangwais, 45, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for
suspension of his statutory release. Sangwais was released Sept. 8, 2005
after serving two-thirds of an 11-year sentence for assault, break and
enter, firearms and narcotics charges. His parole was cancelled last
December.

Emile Hugh Williams, 18, is charged with discharging a firearm and
possession of a firearm. He was charged Sept. 29 after someone fired six
shots at a North End house five days earlier.

Edward Iain Howe, 26, is wanted for breach of probation. Police allege
that while serving two years of probation, Howe continued to assault his
female victim. Another warrant was issued July 25.
