A 15-year-old Montreal boy has been sentenced to six months open custody
and 12 months probation for threatening students and personnel at a high
school in Hudson, Que. The teen, who cannot be named, has admitted
posting to the website www.vampirefreaks.com days after the deadly
rampage at Montreal’s Dawson College in September. He pleaded guilty in
September for writing the threatening words, but said he but did not
mean them. In the message, the boy described Kimveer Gill (pictured),
who killed student Anastasia de Sousa and injured 20 others, as “a
saint.” And he warned, “This will happen at Hudson High School Senior,
and when it does, I can’t wait to die, or help in the process.”
