These dumb asses just don’t get it. We DO enforce the laws. It’s up to the STATE’S ATTORNEY to prosecute them. It’s the STATE’S ATTORNEY who makes the decision NOT to prosecute!!!!! Get on THEIR asses. Look up in the yellow pages for whatever state you’re in, the governmental section, like under State of Illinois for instance. Then look for the Office of Professional Standards, or their counterpart. Complain to THEM.
