I find Vancouver Police Chief Jamie Graham’s target-shooting predicament
amusing.

He is just experiencing first-hand the kind of of stigma and persecution
that every other ordinary, law-abiding gun owner must endure every day
for even the most innocent of actions — often at the hands of the
police themselves.
