Directions to Range
- Shooting and safety instruction at Centerville Small Arms Range (Just
under the “V” on the mountain).
- Take Exit 322 (Centerville Exit) off of I-15 and go east on Parrish
Lane.
Turn South (right) on Main Street. Go to 100 South and turn left (East)
at the firestation. Go east until the road turns into a dirt road.
Mitch’s Cell phone is 560-7117 if you have any trouble getting over the
“hump” where the asphalt meets the dirt road. The dirt road has a creek on
the south side of it. Stay on the dirt road until you can make a right
over
the creek. Turn right over the creek and climb the dirt road up the
mountain to the “first lake level” where the terrain flattens out and you
come to a “T” intersection with a large dirt “berm” on the east side of
the
road (the berm is the west side of what is known as the “bowl,” a large
dirt
pit used by motorcyclists and ATV riders). At the “T” turn left (north)
and
go around the “bowl” until the road turns east. You will run into the
white
metal gate of the Centerville Small Arms Range. Go through the gate and
follow the dirt road up the mountain. We will meet at the south end of the
range just under the “V” (for Viewmont) on the mountain.
- All teens under 18 MUST be accompanied by parent or guardian.
- All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver and
verification of clean criminal record.
