HUD Worried About Billions In Cuts. How Will They Sue Gunmakers?

> Housing and Urban Development Secretary Andrew Cuomo said
>that proposed $2 billion of cuts that the House is
>considering to HUDs fiscal year 2001 budget would have a
>negative impact on communities nationwide. The House
>Appropriations Subcommittee on VA, HUD, and Independent
>agencies made the cuts last week, significantly reducing
>spending on HUD programs compared to the request made by
>President Clinton. The full House is expected to vote on
>the HUD budget in June. The Senate has not yet acted.
> The cuts say NO to gun safety. The American people want
