The VPC publishes a story that is pretty basically false.Check out the Houston Capital Murder article. I can tell you that whatever really happened (and I was a cop in the Houston area at the time and I never heard of it)it wasn’t what these scumbags report!

I would almost certainly have heard of the use of a suppressor, I can’t imagine word not getting around about a killing of this type, and certainly bail is NEVER set in capital murder cases! Under law it can’t be and why would it? Capital murder is lethal injection time in Texas. Wouldn’t you take off for parts unknown if you had the chance to run?

Anyway, someone is a liar…but then we know who they are anyway!
