Japan violent crime up

Story here from one of the Japanese papers attesting to
the fact that although overall crime is down by 2%,
violent crime is up by over 8%.

The forth paragraph in the story says it all:
“With one person murdered every six hours
in Japan, the idea the country is a safe one is
mere myth.”
