Graham, 48, a Former District Housing Officer was back in court today. She
is charged with shooting and seriously wounding a man that she ‘thought’
killed her son. On January 26, 2000, After her son was killed Mrs. Graham
went to the 7th District Police Station, pulled out a Box knife and
threatened to extract justice for her son. Mrs. Graham then used her son’s
gun, a 40 Caliber and shot and wounded the man ‘she thought’ was
responsible. She called the police and told them to meet her at the scene (
does this reek of PRE MEDITATED), but the police were late getting there .
The man who was shot lie wounded and paralyzed from the waist down. Witnesses
say Mrs. Graham used the gun that belonged to her son. The victim of the
shooting clearly identified the trigger woman as Mrs. Graham. The police
arrested and charged a man in April with the shooting death of Mrs. Grahams
son……..

February 1, 2001, AP – the 48 year old woman who claims to be one of the MMM
organizers today has been convicted of shooting the man she mistakenly
thought shot and killed her 19 year old son a year ago. The victim, 23 year
old Kikko Smith is now paralyzed from the waist down and had nothing to do
with the shooting of Graham’s son Le-Pierre Clemmons. The jury found Graham
GUILTY of various charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Graham will be sentenced in March and faces anywhere from 5 years to life in
prison. The judge told the jury to return tomorrow to continue to deliberate
on other charges pending with this case…
