NSSF GOES HOLLYWOOD

Working With Media And Motion Picture Professionals . . . Four-dozen stunt men and women, stunt coordinators and movie directors of action sequences enthusiastically took part over the weekend in an NSSF seminar introducing shooting sports recreation to the motion picture industry. Leading sport shooting champions, law enforcement instructors and even Olympic gold medal winner Kim Rhode, who was profiled by an LA area TV station, showed how participation in shotgun, rifle and handgun sports builds safe and credible firearms- handling techniques that make portrayals in the movies more realistic. In a two-day event, members of the Stuntwomen’s Association of Motion Pictures and invited colleagues had a variety of practical shooting experiences in an exciting and professionally useful event of the type that continues to mark NSSF as the go-to organization for credible information on firearms and their use.
