PHILADELPHIA — Police said they do not expect to charge a pharmacy
manager who shot and killed a robbery suspect during a violent holdup on
Friday, NBC 10 reported.

Two would-be robbers entered a pharmacy on West Oak Lane, police said.
Witnesses said both had guns and threatened to kill workers if they
didn’t hand over money and drugs.

The pharmacy manager pulled out his own gun and fired off more than a
dozen shots, authorities said.

One suspect was killed. The other was wounded and got away.

The district attorney will review the case, authorities said.
