Pardon me for the play on words, but yesterday there was an interesting news item. “Churches are supposed to be a place of peace and sanctuary, where people can go and worship in safety…”

Newsflash: Guns are banned in churches in the name of safety, yet someone went in the church and shot….arya ready for this- an unarmed man who was abiding by the law, sitting quietly and praying with no firearm on his person. It amazes me that the person who did the shooting did not realize he was breaking the law, and thereby double back out of the church in shame. Why, he committed a murder and violated a gun ban, both illegal. Gee, I wonder if he feels guilty.

Too bad the people who said we needed guns banned in churches so people can worship in safety don’t feel as stupid as they should.
