1) suspect was known to be violent
2) Suspect tried numerous times to bring knives and guns into court room
3) Supect was NOT shackled correctly while being transported – he should have been shackled as he was when recaptured
4) 6 foot 200 lb male suspect was transported by a LONE female deputy who could NOT handle a 6 ft 200 lb male inmate.
5)The Fulton County deputies who were SUPPOSED to be watching the security monitors @ the court house were ACROSS the street GETTING BREAKFAST FOR THEIR CAPTAIN !

5) A citizen outside the court house had to call 911.

6) MARTA train police screwed up and the suspect got on MARTA

Had the Fulton County Sheriff Department been doing their job correctly, there would still be a judge , court reporter and two sheriff deputies alive today ! Had Marta police been doing their job, the suspect would NOT have gotten as far as he did while riding MARTA !
