Subject: “Win for the Good Guys” in Cincinnati v. Beretta

Cincinnati sued various firearms makers to recoup the alleged costs of
more
flimsily alleged “dangerous” products.

First the Court of Common Pleas and now the Ohio 1st Dist. Ct. of
Appeals have
said “Whoa.” What makes the decision so great is it’s unabashed use of
common
